Hi, I'm Dee — the heart and hands behind Rescinti.

Rescinti started the way the best things often do — as a labour of love. I've always had a passion for creating beautiful things, and what began as making jewellery and gifts for the people in my life slowly grew into something I couldn't ignore. Friends and family would receive my pieces and say, "Dee, you should be selling these!" Eventually, I decided to back myself and take the leap.

Starting my own business wasn't just a dream — it became a necessity. I was diagnosed with breast cancer, and navigating treatment while trying to maintain a traditional job with set hours became impossible. I can only work when I'm well enough, and some days that's a real challenge. Rescinti is more than a business to me — it's my lifeline. It's how I support myself through one of the hardest seasons of my life, doing something I genuinely love.
